5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.
  • The US government now imposes duty fee on its residents. They now request tax/import duties whenever you’re receiving/collecting a package from outside the country into the US. This is to be paid by the receiver before collecting the package. It’s always been this way in the EU, AU countries, and also Canada but the US just started this with this administration. This fee is normally calculated based on the value of the product declared.
  • Title and risk of loss for your order pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
