At MSOLagos, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully produced to ensure the highest level of quality for our customers. Due to the nature of our garments and production process, we do not offer refunds.
However, we do accept returns for exchange or store credit under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All tags, packaging, and original components must still be intact.
• Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Eligible items may be returned for an exchange of equal value. Alternatively, a store credit may be issued for use on a future MSOLagos purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If the concern is confirmed to be on our end, we will gladly arrange an exchange or store credit and guide you through the return process.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
